While we don't have a set limit, we would suggest class sizes no larger than 15. If you have teams larger we can break up the workshop to multiple sessions.
We use a 4 quadrant priority matrix and specifically for this workshop we follow the Eisenhower matrix to learn priority management principles.

The method is best taught in person, but in our modern workplace sometimes virtual is easier. We use Microsoft Teams for a virtual session and can record it.
